Our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Descriptions on this site describe how skin looks and feels; they are not medical claims. If you are new to tallow, or have sensitive skin, try a little on the inner arm first, as with any new skincare, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are made with Wagyu tallow and are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Keep out of reach of children.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure checkout provided by Shopify. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send the email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable or where we cannot deliver to the address given, and will refund anything you have paid.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom as described in our delivery policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and be refunded are set out in our returns policy. For reasons of hygiene, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Gift services

Gift wrap, handwritten cards and gift notes are provided as described at the time of order and are not refundable once the order has been sent, unless the order itself is faulty.

Website content

The content of this site, including its words, photographs, films and designs, belongs to Koyu London or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. We take care to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee that it is free of errors.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
