Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not deliver outside the UK yet.

Options and charges

• Standard delivery, 2 to 4 business days: £5.95.
• Free UK delivery on orders of £75 or more.

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT.

Dispatch and tracking

You will receive an email confirming your order, and another with tracking details when it is on its way. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, or something is missing from your parcel, please write to care@koyulondon.com or use the form at koyulondon.com/contact as soon as you can, with a photograph where possible, and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
